A twist on the standard BBQ sauce, it just zings. Try it! Just toss your grilled chicken wings (or baked, fried, smoked, you choose) in a big bowl of the sauce, and voila – all done. I bet you won’t be able to keep your hands off them.
- In a medium sauce pot, combine pineapple juice, ginger, garlic, and chili powder. Bring to a low boil, stirring occasionally. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add vinegar, ketchup, molasses and brown sugar, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring as needed. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Allow to cool before using. Keep refrigerated until needed.
