Polish Sausage Stir-Fry

Polska kielbasa with peppers, potatoes and onions is a one pan meal that takes just a few minutes to prepare but will have the whole family cheering. Plus, it keeps for days and with a douse of olive oil and a sprinkle of seasoning, is even better the next day. The secret to this dish is making sure to get a bite of sausage, peppers and onions in each bite. There is plenty of salt and pepper in the seasoning, plus the sausage is salty, so use added table salt with caution.



  1. Saute Polska kielbasa in a hot pan until each side is slightly charred. Turn down burner to medium low heat and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Cook until onions and peppers are cooked. Don’t allow the onions to brown. Sprinkle a little of the Cajun seasoning and you’re ready to serve.
