a nice variation for left overs of pork this is a serving for one, for more than one just double

  1. mix the cooked pork with vinegar/picante sauce/drained beans/crushed tomatoes and butter..place in cast iron pan and bake for 20 mins at 350 in oven... combine pork with malt vinegar/picant sauce/beans/crushed tomatoes/butter and mix...place in cast iron skillet in oven for 20 mins at 350...remove.to plate adding shredded white cheese and giant warm flour tortilla that serves as a 'spoon' garnish with lettuce and in this case corn and serve with a cold cervasa''
