A protein-packed green bean casserole you can serve as a one-dish dinner.
- In a medium frying pan, cook ground pork. Drain. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pork, soup, green beans and salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle onion strings evenly over top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until strings begin to brown. Serve hot.
