It's simple and very tasty. This Potato Kugel dish is a Passover favorite!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice your potatoes and onion using a spiralizer. If you don't have a spiralizer you can shred them using a grater. Put aside in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix well. Add olive oil. Mix.
  4. Pour egg mixture over potatoes and onions and coat vegetables.
  5. Pour into pie dish and bake for 1 hour.
