Whether you’re celebrating National Seafood Month or simply satisfying a craving, this Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta is an absolutely delicious choice. And since it’s made in a pressure cooker, it comes together in no time – 18 minutes to be exact. Additionally, it’s filled with not just one kind of seafood, but two – shrimp and crab! Give it a try for a quick dinner on a busy weeknight.

Select ingredients:

  1. Add the chicken broth, garlic and butter to the Instant Pot. Break linguine in half and add to the pot.
  2. Cover the pot, secure the lid and close the pressure release valve. Set the pressure cooker to 4 minutes (high pressure).
  3. Once finished cooking, open the pressure release valve. After steam is released, carefully remove the lid.
  4. Turn cooker to sauté setting. Add shrimp and crab and sauté for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir until combined and cheese is melted. Turn off the cooker and serve immediately.

Recipe Tip: Creamy garlic seafood pasta is delicious served with garlic toast.
