Whether you’re celebrating National Seafood Month or simply satisfying a craving, this Creamy Garlic Seafood Pasta is an absolutely delicious choice. And since it’s made in a pressure cooker, it comes together in no time – 18 minutes to be exact. Additionally, it’s filled with not just one kind of seafood, but two – shrimp and crab! Give it a try for a quick dinner on a busy weeknight.
- Add the chicken broth, garlic and butter to the Instant Pot. Break linguine in half and add to the pot.
- Cover the pot, secure the lid and close the pressure release valve. Set the pressure cooker to 4 minutes (high pressure).
- Once finished cooking, open the pressure release valve. After steam is released, carefully remove the lid.
- Turn cooker to sauté setting. Add shrimp and crab and sauté for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir until combined and cheese is melted. Turn off the cooker and serve immediately.
Recipe Tip: Creamy garlic seafood pasta is delicious served with garlic toast.
