Select ingredients:


  1. Place all ingredients except pepper and green onion in an electric pressure cooker and stir to combine. Secure the lid and select the Meat setting or 15 minutes of pressurized cooking.
  2. When cooking is complete, remove lid and stir contents, ensuring eggs and sausage are cooked. Then transfer to plates, bowls or a serving platter and serve hot topped with pepper and green onions.
