Oatmeal is a low-cost breakfast that really takes the pressure off nourishing your family and sticking to your budget. Featuring several ingredients you probably already have in your pantry, this tasty recipe is a great way to spend less on breakfast. Select ingredients:


  1. Add the oats, milk, water, sweet potatoes, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt to the Instant Pot and mix to combine.
  2. Lock the lid in place. Select MANUAL and set the timer for 3 minutes.
  3. Once complete, allow the Instant Pot to sit for 10 minutes (natural pressure release). Press the pressure valve to release any remaining pressure.
  4. Serve the oatmeal topped with the Greek yogurt, apples, pecans and cranberries.

Recipe Tip: Make the cauliflower mixture and refrigerate it covered in the baking dish for up to one day in advance. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the filling is hot and bubbly. Garnish as directed.
