Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and brush with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
Rinse the asparagus stalks and pat dry with paper towels.
Take 3 asparagus stalks at a time and wrap them with a slice of the prosciutto.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cook in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.. Serve while still warm.
