Provence Style Tuna Steaks

Simple tuna steaks seasoned in the style of Provence.

- In a bowl combine garlic, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, capers 2 tablespoons olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Coat tuna steaks with mixture and let sit for at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a medium non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add tuna steaks and cook until desired doneness. Serve with a large green salad.
