This mouth watering, buttery pull apart garlic bread with cheese and bacon makes a great game day appetizer and will have everyone coming back for more.

Select ingredients:

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the cheddar cheese, the Swiss cheese, the cream cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, the onion, and the garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Add the bacon and mix well.
  3. Using a knife, make slits into the bread (1 inch apart), almost all the way to the bottom, but not through.
  4. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and repeat.
  5. Stuff the cheese mixture into all of the cracks in the bread, as deeply as you can, with as much cheese as you can fit.
  6. Sprinkle the chives over the top of the bread.
  7. Add the other half of the Parmesan on top. Wrap with the bread with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Unwrap and enjoy!
