Select ingredients:


  1. Mix together the oatmeal and milk in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes on high. Mix every few seconds so the oatmeal doesn't bubble over.
  2. Add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Top with a little bit walnuts if desired.
