- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin, egg and oil. When well combined, mix in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- In a hot, greased grilled, pour half dollar sized pancakes, flipping with all the air bubbles are popped on top and the bottom is golden brown.
- Serve with warm maple syrup and a dash of walnuts on top!
