Give your pancakes a makeover for the autumn season with a little sugar, spice and something nice! These pumpkin pancakes are the perfect way to enjoy a taste of the fall.


Select ingredients:


  1. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, pumpkin, egg and oil. When well combined, mix in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
  3. In a hot, greased grilled, pour half dollar sized pancakes, flipping with all the air bubbles are popped on top and the bottom is golden brown.
  4. Serve with warm maple syrup and a dash of walnuts on top!
