- In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- In another large mixing bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients (pumpkin puree, butter, eggs, & milk). Whisk until smooth.
- Slowly, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a well greased waffle maker, pour about 1/4-1/2 cup worth of mix at a time and let cook until golden brown. Top with some butter, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
