- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of the sugar until the seeds are coated.
- Thinly spread the seeds on a baking sheet and bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir or flip the seeds and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top.
