- Boil pot of salted water, prepare pasta according to package.
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Introduce onion and sauté for 2 minutes, until soft. Add sausage meat. Cook, breaking up the meat thoroughly. Now include zucchini, kale, tomatoes, rosemary and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Cover with lid cracked, and cook 5 more minutes.
- Drain pasta and place into large serving bowl.
- Add sausage mixture into pasta, add chives or green onions and cheese. Toss and serve.
