Quick & Savory Weeknight Pasta

Want a fast and filling pasta dish without the wait? This dish is done in 30 minutes and sure to please your pickiest eater.



  1. Boil pot of salted water, prepare pasta according to package.
  2. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Introduce onion and sauté for 2 minutes, until soft. Add sausage meat. Cook, breaking up the meat thoroughly. Now include zucchini, kale, tomatoes, rosemary and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Cover with lid cracked, and cook 5 more minutes.
  3. Drain pasta and place into large serving bowl.
  4. Add sausage mixture into pasta, add chives or green onions and cheese. Toss and serve.
