Get your wok or large sauté pan ready to make this veggie-packed Asian-inspired recipe! With only 10 ingredients and in 25 minutes, you can have this quick, easy and low-cost dish ready to serve your family. And although we’ve made it vegetarian, chicken would be the perfect addition to make this Green Bean & Mushroom Stir Fry a little heartier.

- Make the sauce by whisking together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and let them brown undisturbed for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and ginger. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add sauce and cook until green beans are tender and sauce has thickened slightly.
- Serve immediately with rice.
Recipe Tip: Feel free to substitute white, shiitake, or portabella mushrooms for baby bellas.
