Delicious lunch ideas can be simple. In 10 minutes or less create a mini taco bar for an easy & healthy lunch recipe!
- Using a large biscuit cutter, cut three mini taco shells out of each whole wheat tortilla. Set aside.
- Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning, breaking into small pieces, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spoon the seasoned ground turkey into a large bowl, and place individual toppings into small serving bowls. Arrange the bowls near one another, and place cut-out wheat tortillas onto a plate near the turkey and toppings.
