- Set the oven to 350 ºF. Prepare an 8″x8″ baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Add the uncooked quinoa to a small bowl and toss with cinnamon and allspice. Transfer the quinoa to the pan and spread evenly across. Layer the fruit and nuts over the quinoa.
- In a large bowl, mix egg whites, milk, and nectar. Pour the mixture over the fruit and quinoa. Carefully stir all together.
- Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm.
