  1. Place the ham steak on a foil-lined baking sheet and add water. Begin baking in a 350-degree oven.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, place the raisins, apples, cinnamon, water, orange juice, and maple syrup. Cook, stirring frequently, until the apples are soft and the mixture is reduced to syrup.
  3. After the ham has baked for 30 minutes, spread half of the raisin/apple syrup mixture over the ham and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Place the remaining half of the syrup mixture on top of the ham and heat for 5 more minutes.
