- Set oven to 400ºF. Place paper baking cups in 12 muffins cups.
- Mix flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder together in a bowl. Add raspberries; mix thoroughly.
- Add milk, oil, and egg substitute in a small bowl and mix together. Combine with raspberry mixture and stir until moistened.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin cups, until it is 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
