- Combine about 20 raspberries, water, sugar and mint in a cocktail shaker and muddle with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Place 2-3 ice cubes into two large wine glasses with 2-3 raspberries. Strain the mixture with cheesecloth or through a sieve. Pour into wine glasses. Add the Vermouth and Prosecco and top with sparkling water and stir.
