Red Wine Burgers

Enjoy the flavors of Childress Red Wine in a juicy burger topped with caramelized onions and goat cheese.

Place 3 tablespoon butter in pan.

Add 3 sliced onions. Cook on low to medium heat for about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Add in 1/3 cup Childress Red Wine to pan and stir. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
- Put hamburger meat in a bowl and add Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Form 6 patties that are about 1/3 lb. each. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on hot grill. After 4-6 minutes, flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes or until your burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble your burger and serve.
