Surprise someone special with these super-chocolately, delightfully delicious, and incredibly creamy truffle treats. Be careful not to eat them all up first!

Select ingredients:

  1. Begin by chopping the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, stir together the cream, butter, and cream cheese and bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and the vanilla and stir.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chocolate.
  5. Stir until it's thoroughly combined (it will take a couple of minutes).
  6. Add the wine and stir until thoroughly combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 8x8-inch pan.
  8. Put the pan in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  9. Create the truffles using a spoon or an ice cream scoop. Scoop out chocolate to make 1-inch balls.
  10. Dust your hands with cocoa powder and roll the balls to a nice, round shape.
  11. Place the cocoa powder in a bowl and roll each truffle in the cocoa powder.
  12. Place them on a tray or a plate.
  13. Enjoy!
