Heading to a picnic? Pack a bowl of this redskin potato salad and enjoy its cheddar-and-bacon-infused goodness.

  1. Chop potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, paprika, seasoning salt, parsley, and sugar, then add the mixture to the large bowl and toss until all ingredients are coated.
  3. Add the onion, chives, cheddar, and bacon. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Serve cold.
