With some gumdrops, pretzels and a little creativity, you and your little elves can make a whole team of Santa's flying friends.
- Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Stir in marshmallows until completely melted. Turn off heat.
- Add Kellogg's Rice Krispies® cereal. Stir until cereal is coated evenly.
- Coat a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with cooking spray. Evenly press the cereal mixture into the prepared pan using wax paper or buttered hands. Allow to cool. Coat cookie cutters with cooking spray and use them to cut twelve 2 1/2-inch circles and twelve 1 1/2-inch circles. Add frosting to the tops of the 1 1/2-inch circles.
- Form each reindeer by using frosting to attach one 1 1/2-inch circle, frosting side up, to each 2 1/2-inch circle. Shape the leftover cereal mixture into twenty-four ears. Attach the ears to each reindeer using frosting. Break pretzel twists in half to form two even pieces. Push two pretzel pieces into each reindeer head, facing outwards, to create the antlers. Decorate with frosting and gum drops to make the eyes and nose. Best if served the same day.
