The classic treat you love, dipped in chocolate and sprinkles.
- Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan. Stir in marshmallows until completely melted. Transfer from heat.
- Mix in KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal until well coated.
- Divide the cereal mixture between nine 5- to 6-ounce paper cups and evenly press the mixture inside the cups. Stick a popsicle stick into each. Allow the pops to cool.
- Mix the chocolate morsels and shortening in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add the sprinkles to a shallow dish. Remove the paper cups off of the cereal mixture. Dip each pop into the melted chocolate. Roll in sprinkles. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and allow to cool completely.
