Start your barbecue with a mini slider! They have all of the flavor of a bigger burger with a kick of chipotle

Select ingredients:

  1. Heat nonstick grill pan on medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Form hamburger into 12 (2-inch) patties. Cook each patty for about 2 minutes. Flip burgers and top with cheese. Cook for an additional cook 30 sec. or until cheese has melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Chop chipotle pepper; mix with adobo sauce.
  4. Top 12 crackers with burgers and chipotle mixture. Top each slider over with remaining crackers to make sandwiches.
