Warm and delightful, this roasted cabbage dish requires hardly any prep time and makes a great alternative to a salad.
- Cut the cabbage into 3/4-inch slices, place on an oiled baking sheet.
- In 3 tablespoons of oil, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and celery seed. Drizzle the oil mixture over the top of each cabbage slice.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
