Roasted Chili and Lime Cod

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place cod fillets in baking pan and brush lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Rub mixed spices all over fish fillets and let marinate (in refrigerator) for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 450.
  5. Roast fillets uncovered for 20 minutes.
  6. While fish is in the oven, melt butter in a small skillet, add lime juice, honey and cilantro. Stir.
  7. Once done, pour butter mix over fish and serve.
  8. Serve with veggies and/or rice.
