Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Try our spin on a holiday favorite. This leg of lamb is great for any "fancy" meal when you are looking to wow your guests.

  1. Mix honey, mustard, rosemary, black pepper, lemon zest, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Spread on leg of lamb and marinate at least four hours (or overnight).
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place lamb on a roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees.
  3. Bake for an hour for medium rare (145 degrees internal temperature). Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
