Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Try our spin on a holiday favorite. This leg of lamb is great for any "fancy" meal when you are looking to wow your guests.

Directions
- Mix honey, mustard, rosemary, black pepper, lemon zest, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Spread on leg of lamb and marinate at least four hours (or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place lamb on a roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 400 degrees.
- Bake for an hour for medium rare (145 degrees internal temperature). Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
