- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, roasted pumpkin seeds (pre-roasted or in an oven with olive oil for 15 minutes at 325° degrees), garlic, olive oil, tahini and vinegar, adding water gradually until combined.
- When a smooth paste forms, add chili powder, salt and pepper until combined.
- Serve in a bowl topped with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, chili powder, and olive oil alongside crackers, chips or your favorite crudité and enjoy!
