  1. Rinse pumpkin seeds in colander until pulp and strings are washed off.
  2. Boil seeds in salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Dry seeds on paper towel.
  4. Melt butter or margarine, remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add pumpkin seeds and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1-2 hours, stirring often, until dry and crisp.
