- Rinse pumpkin seeds in colander until pulp and strings are washed off.
- Boil seeds in salted water for 10 minutes.
- Dry seeds on paper towel.
- Melt butter or margarine, remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add pumpkin seeds and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Spread on baking sheet and bake at 225 degrees for 1-2 hours, stirring often, until dry and crisp.
