Roasted Salmon with Kale and Cabbage

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Place the sliced kale and cabbage on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and toss together with your hands.
  4. Cook in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Or until the salmon is cooked through.
