This easy recipe gets healthy greens and protein on your table in less than 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the sliced kale and cabbage on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and toss together with your hands.
- Cook in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Or until the salmon is cooked through.
