Roasted salmon with spinach

  1. 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. In an oven proof skillet over medium high heat melt the butter, then add onion, garlic, and dill and cook until softened, about 6 minutes. Add frozen spinach and cook stirring often until spinach is melted and is beginning to look dry, about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
