A healthy, weeknight, single pan meal.
- 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 350 degrees.
- 2. In an oven proof skillet over medium high heat melt the butter, then add onion, garlic, and dill and cook until softened, about 6 minutes. Add frozen spinach and cook stirring often until spinach is melted and is beginning to look dry, about 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
