Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat over to 350º. In a bowl, combine the oil, basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Add the sliced squash to the bowl and toss, ensuring rounds are evenly coated.
  2. Arrange the squash on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer and bake for 15-18 minutes or until squash is soft but not brown. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving plate, and serve hot with more salt and pepper if desired.
