- Preheat over to 350º. In a bowl, combine the oil, basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Add the sliced squash to the bowl and toss, ensuring rounds are evenly coated.
- Arrange the squash on a parchment-lined baking tray in a single layer and bake for 15-18 minutes or until squash is soft but not brown. Remove from oven, transfer to a serving plate, and serve hot with more salt and pepper if desired.
