Fresh rosemary with lemon and garlic turns an ordinary chicken dinner into something special.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Stuff chicken with lemon half, garlic clove, half of onion and rosemary. Place chicken in a roasting dish. Cover chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 2 hours or until juices run clear.
