Salmon with Grilled Summer Squash

Make the perfect grilled squash this summer by mixing up zucchini and baby yellow squash with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill to perfection!

- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix together garlic powder, cayenne powder, chili powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Drizzle oil over salmon then add seasoning over salmon.
- Place salmon on grill skin side down and cover. Grilled for 3-6 minutes.
- Add cut squash to a bowl combine with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper; toss well. Place vegetables on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and tender.
- Remove from grill and enjoy!
