Salmon with Grilled Summer Squash

Makes 2 Servings.
Make the perfect grilled squash this summer by mixing up zucchini and baby yellow squash with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill to perfection!


Select ingredients:


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together garlic powder, cayenne powder, chili powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Drizzle oil over salmon then add seasoning over salmon.
  3. Place salmon on grill skin side down and cover. Grilled for 3-6 minutes.
  4. Add cut squash to a bowl combine with ­olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper; toss well. Place ­vegetables on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and tender.
  5. Remove from grill and enjoy!
