Select ingredients:


  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin with sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Separate the dough into 8 triangles. Spread the pumpkin puree evenly on each triangle. Roll up, starting at the end to the point of the triangle.
  2. Brush with egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and drizzle with caramel sauce topping. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve warm or room temperature.
