- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin with sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Separate the dough into 8 triangles. Spread the pumpkin puree evenly on each triangle. Roll up, starting at the end to the point of the triangle.
- Brush with egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and drizzle with caramel sauce topping. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Serve warm or room temperature.
