- Trim the edges of each bread slice to remove the crust. Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread slices into rectangles. Spread the mustard over each slice leaving a 1/4-inch border along one of the short edges.
- Arrange 2 slices of ham over each slice of bread leaving the 1/4-inch border exposed. Lay a slice of cucumber and a slice of cheese along the opposite short edge and tightly roll the bread into a sandwich roll. Pinch the seam to seal. Slice each roll into four pieces.
- Serve the roll-ups with popcorn, carrots sticks and ranch dressing.
Recipe Tip: The thinner the slices of deli meat, the easier it will be to roll the sandwich roll-ups!"
