Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and adjust the oven rack to the lowest position. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with the cooking spray. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and sauté, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Sauté until fully cooked and beginning to brown, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain any excess grease. Set aside.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls. Toss the biscuits, cooked sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan, butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and onion powder in a large bowl until coated. Spread, in an even layer, onto the prepared baking dish. Bake until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 30-40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until heated through. Keep hot until ready to serve.
- Top the pull apart bread with parsley and serve with the marinara sauce.
Recipe Tip: Substitute white cheddar, colby or Monterey Jack for mozzarella cheese.
