This cornbread casserole recipe adds sausage and a Southwestern kick! You'll want to make it your go-to breakfast casserole once you've had a taste.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare cornbread mix according to directions and spread evenly on a greased 9" x 13" pan.
- Brown sausage until cooked and layer it on top of the cornbread mixture. Add diced pepper on top.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in large bowl and pour into dish. Top with cheese.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
