This recipe can easily be scaled up to serve as many people as you’d like! Use bananas that are on the riper side for the best result.
Gather all of your ingredients together.
- Melt the butter in a small sauté pan over medium high heat, and once melted add the sliced bananas. Cook until bananas have started to brown and soften, about 5 minutes then add brown sugar, rum, and vanilla and cook until bananas are coated in a brown syrup. Serve hot with ice cream
