- Heat oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat, then add in the kale, chard, spinach and garlic and sauté, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. When greens have reduced in mass by about half, add in onion powder, salt, apple cider vinegar, pecans, and pepper and stir for another minute.
- Transfer greens to a bowl and serve immediately.
