- Chop prepared protein (if shrimp, leave whole), place protein and snow peas in bowl, set aside.
- Heat oil in large pan on medium heat. Add turmeric and stir until blended. Add sliced onion, cardamom, coriander, red curry paste, Sriracha and sugar. Stir in coconut milk and peanut butter until all ingredients are well blended and add most of the cilantro and lime juice.
- Reduce heat and let simmer, about 2 minutes. Add cooked protein and veg and stir until protein is hot. Pour into bowl and garnish with peanuts, remainder of chopped cilantro, bean sprouts, sesame seeds and diced green onion.
