Traditional recipes typically are designed for a family of four. What if you are only eating for one though? This recipe is perfectly designed just for you! Scallops are a delicious meal to treat yourself to and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter and lemon juice.
  3. Lightly spread the lemon butter overtop the scallops in a baking pan.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the scallops are cooked through.
