This scramble is as unlimited as your imagination. Feel free to add herbs, spices or just about anything you wish.
Chop all of the vegetables.
- Place the oil in a fry pan over medium-low heat.
Add the turmeric and vegetables and fry for a minute before adding the tofu and tamari
Stir and cook the vegetables through.
- For softer (not al dente), put a lid on the pan and cook for an additional couple of minutes.
