Scrambled Tofu

This scramble is as unlimited as your imagination. Feel free to add herbs, spices or just about anything you wish.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop all of the vegetables.
  2. Place the oil in a fry pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add the turmeric and vegetables and fry for a minute before adding the tofu and tamari
  4. Stir and cook the vegetables through.
  5. For softer (not al dente), put a lid on the pan and cook for an additional couple of minutes.
