Forget Take-Out! These Asian noodles are delicious, and extremely simple. Snow peas add a great crunch, and it's amazing how a pinch of sesame and soy can add complexity to simple noodles.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp, soy sauce, sesame, chili flakes and scallions until well combined. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add snow peas and sear quickly, until peas have soften and edges are browning. Add shrimp and scallion mixture, including juices and increase heat to medium-high.
- Once shrimp are pink on both sides, add noodles and stir to combine well. Continue cooking an additional two minutes. Serve immediately.
