If you’re on the lookout for budget-friendly recipes that put dinner on the table in a flash, these sheet pan jerk chicken quesadillas are for you! Instead of heading to a restaurant for quesadillas, use this convenient method and cook them in the oven instead. Bonus: they only require a handful of ingredients, making them even more affordable!
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Mix the chicken, cheese, green onions, bell pepper, 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning and lime juice in a large bowl until combined.
- Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface. Layer roughly 3/4 cup of the chicken mixture on half of each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake, flipping the tortillas halfway through, until golden brown, about 10-13 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the sour cream and remaining jerk seasoning in a small bowl. Serve the quesadillas with the sour cream mixture and enjoy.
Substitute: Use taco seasoning, adobo seasoning or Cajun seasoning in place of the jerk seasoning!
