Need to feed a crowd? Whip up a batch of these sheet pan nachos. They're easy and delicious!

- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in the canola oil and cook for about 5 minutes, crumbling it up.
- Drain the excess fat, then add the taco seasoning, the garlic powder, and the water. Cook for another couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- Layer a lightly greased baking sheet with the tortilla chips. Layer the beef over the tortilla chips.
- Add the black beans as the next layer, followed the frozen corn.
- The next layer is the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Add chopped jalapeno if desired.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the tomatoes, red onions, more jalapeno, sour cream, and chives, or whatever toppings you desire.
- Serve and enjoy.
