Need to feed a crowd? Whip up a batch of these sheet pan nachos. They're easy and delicious!


Select ingredients:


  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in the canola oil and cook for about 5 minutes, crumbling it up.
  2. Drain the excess fat, then add the taco seasoning, the garlic powder, and the water. Cook for another couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
  3. Layer a lightly greased baking sheet with the tortilla chips. Layer the beef over the tortilla chips.
  4. Add the black beans as the next layer, followed the frozen corn.
  5. The next layer is the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Add chopped jalapeno if desired.
  6. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with the tomatoes, red onions, more jalapeno, sour cream, and chives, or whatever toppings you desire.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
